BEFORE REAL ESTATE
Before Real Estate, I owned and operated a local boutique Security Business that employed more than 60 employees with operations ranging from Mobile, Static/Roving Guard services, Canine Patrol and Detection services, and High-Risk and event services. The company catered to clients such as BC Housing, Various Hotels, Nightclubs and Pubs including, and Property Management Companies.

I’ve called the Tri-Cities home for over 22 years, and for the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate the world of real estate. For me, it’s all about making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, always with honesty, integrity, and your best interests at heart.
Before real estate, I co-owned a local marketing and advertising agency. I spent my days working with clients helping them build strategies that worked for their businesses. That experience taught me the value of really listening to people and understanding their unique needs—something I brought over with me when I started my real estate career.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about food, travel, nature, photography and stand up comedy. At home, I share life’s adventures with my fiancée Erica and our mischievous cat, Benji, who always keeps us on our toes!

Before transitioning into real estate over a decade ago, I co-owned a boutique marketing and advertising agency, working with medium-sized businesses on branding, marketing strategies, and long-term growth. My role involved collaborating with business owners, understanding their industries, and advising them on the best path forward. A key part of my work was listening—identifying client needs and developing strategies that aligned with their goals.
That experience naturally carried over into real estate. My entire professional career has been about guiding people through important decisions with clarity and without pressure. My deep expertise in marketing, advertising, and design plays a significant role in how we showcase homes today, from advanced digital campaigns to traditional advertising. It’s a strategic, holistic approach that ensures every listing gets maximum exposure and the best possible results.

Outside of real estate, I’m a dedicated family person and an avid mixed martial arts fan. Training in MMA has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of strategy—all qualities I bring to my work in real estate. Just like in the ring, I fight for the best outcomes for my clients.
